Lost Lake

Description:
Lost Lake is a picturesque lake located just east of the Green Ridge Trail near the trailhead. The lake contains rainbow, brook, and brown trout and is accessible along much of its shoreline. The south end of the lake is covered with dense lily pads. Camping is permitted away from the lake. Forest Service campground facilities are located at nearby Chambers Lake.

Directions:

Take Highway 287 north from Fort Collins to Laporte. Continue on Highway 287 to Highway 14. Travel west on 14 for 50 miles to the Laramie River Road. Turn north and travel about 1.6 miles to the Green Ridge Trailhead. The lake is just east of the trailhead. There are trails leading to the lake.
