Barnes Meadow Reservoir
Description:
Barnes
Meadow Reservoir is a small reservoir located just east of Cameron Pass just
off Highway 14. This lake contains a variety of fish including channel catfish
and various species of trout. The reservoir is surrounded by lodgepole pine
covered hills and is very picturesque. Much of the shoreline is accessible
for fishing but some restrictions may exist on private land. Easiest access
is close to the dam near the highway. Campground faciliities are located at
nearby Chambers Lake.

Highway 287 north from Fort Collins to Laporte. Continue on Highway 287 to Highway
14. Travel west on 14 for 50 miles to the reservoir. The reservoir dam is on
the left side of the highway.
